How much money do I need to get started?

Most students start their first property with $3,000-$10,000 covering first month's rent, security deposit, and basic furnishing. This is significantly less than the $50K-$100K+ needed to purchase property. The arbitrage model lets you start lean and scale your profits.

Is this legal? What about landlord permission?

Absolutely legal when done correctly. We teach you exactly how to approach landlords, negotiate lease agreements with subletting clauses, and ensure you're compliant with local regulations. Many landlords actually prefer arbitrage tenants because of guaranteed rent payments.
